Who runs this app

Cancelled! is published by Logan Technology LLC. References to “we” in this policy mean Logan Technology LLC.

What we collect

When you sign in we store your iCloud user record ID (a stable per-Apple-ID identifier), a display name, and a chosen @handle that other users can search for you by. We also store the votes you cast, the debates you create, the friend requests you send and accept, the circles you create or join, the flags you’ve acknowledged (welcome, guidelines, Terms of Service, privacy), any reports you file, and any diagnostic messages you voluntarily send via Profile → Send diagnostics.

Where it lives

All app data lives in our iCloud public CloudKit database for this app. Apple operates the database; we do not run our own server. Apple may collect additional diagnostic information per their terms.

What we don’t collect

We do not collect your real name beyond what Sign in with Apple gives us, your email, your phone number, your contacts, your location, or your device identifiers — with one exception: when you voluntarily file a diagnostic report we capture your device model and iOS / app version so we can reproduce the issue.

Who sees what

Your votes are visible to you in your Profile. Each vote you cast is shared only with the private circles you choose; only members of those circles can see how you voted. Aggregate vote counts on each debate are visible publicly, but individual votes are never attributed to you in any public surface. Your friend connections and circle memberships are visible only to you and the relevant friends or circle members. Diagnostic reports you submit are visible to Logan Technology LLC only.

Blocking and reports

When you block a user, their votes stop counting in your tallies and they disappear from your feeds. When you submit a report, Logan Technology LLC’s moderator sees the report contents and your iCloud user record ID. Reports are not visible to the reported user.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from inside the app: You → Delete account, then confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your User record and all of your votes, debates, friendships, and circle memberships. If you can’t access the app, email ross@logan-technology.com from the address tied to your Apple ID and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
